SHIPPING COSTS

These shipping options apply to our online shop (not our made-to-order furniture).

We want to make receiving your order as smooth as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:

Standard Shipping

  • $12 flat rate within Australia for orders up to $200

  • Excludes bulky items and remote locations

Express Shipping

  • $25 flat rate standard items (excludes bulky items and remote locations).

  • Need express shipping on bulky items? Please provide your full delivery address (including postcode) so we can come back to you with a tailored quote.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 in one transaction

  • Available across most of Australia (excluding bulky items and remote locations)

Heavy & Bulky Items

Some products (for example: larger or heavier vases, lamps, or mirrors) require larger packaging or special handling.

  • $25 flat rate (excludes remote locations)

  • Need express shipping on bulky items? Please provide your full delivery address (including postcode) so we can come back to you with a tailored quote.

Art

Artwork and delicate items need extra care.

  • Smaller artworks incur a $25 heavy/bulky charge.

Furniture

  • Small furniture items: sent via our courier partners, with costs ranging between $80 and $110 depending on the state or territory.

  • Large furniture items: Please request a shipping quote directly from the product page. Provide your full delivery address (including postcode) so we can come back to you with a tailored quote.

Rugs

  • Rugs under 2 × 3 m: shipping costs range from $100 to $230, depending on the state or territory.

  • Larger rugs: please request a quote, as they require specialised freight. Provide your full delivery address (including postcode) so we can come back to you with a tailored quote.

Order Processing & Timeframes

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your delivery. Orders can be expected within 3-7 days (bulky items and furniture may take longer)

Other

Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO Boxes.
